Having successfully dispatched with The Scarecrow, the city of Gotham can feel safer with this monster behind bars. But his mind-altering pathogen has already made its way into the city's water supply, turning anyone who comes into contact with it into a mindless, flesh-eating zombie!
Meanwhile, a gang of men in clown masks break into a bank, a heist orchestrated by a man they call The Joker. But The Joker isn't present for the robbery, causing the clowns to suggest they take the money for themselves. Consumed by greed, the clowns begin killing each other off one by one in order to get a larger cut. Soon, only one clown remains.
The wounded bank manager lies on the ground nearing death when the last clown approaches him. He rips off his mask to reveal that he is... A ZOMBIE!
Disguising his zombified face with clown make-up, The Joker wreaks havoc upon Gotham City. And only one man can stop him: Batman. It's up to him to save Gotham and deal with the psychotic Joker and his gang of zombie clowns.
Later, The Joker bashes some dude's head onto a pencil, impaling him through the eye. Badass.
