Getting a small cactus just to have one is dumb as is, but getting on as a gift is a slap in the face.2 years ago

If you get one as a gift, slap them in the face with it. Much more effective.2 years ago

I had a small cactus once. Of course, I neglected it, never watering it, and somehow it still thrived for over a year. I finally decided that maybe I should take care of it so I watered it, and it died. The cactus truly is the worst plant.2 years ago

Giving someone a cactus is like saying: "I put so much thought into this gift it makes candles seem like a nice present, fuck you."2 years ago

I take it someone gave you one of these as a gift?

It'd be an awesome gift if it was 7 foot high. I'm not changing that to metric, you work that out yourself.

I tried petting one. To see if it was soft, but the little prickly bastard left its thorns in my finger =[=[=[2 years ago

I used to have an entire shelf of cacti. I kept telling myself "Oh, they're cacti, I don't need to water them. I can water them next time." Yeah, I don't have any cacti anymore.

One cactus did, however, leave a brown stain where it wilted and bled to death. Not even kidding, liquid came out, and then it was dry and alive no more.

I think getting a catcus would be better then getting something more lame like, soap. It really is the thought that counts though.2 years ago
