Incorrect Censorship

Indeed it is, but I've never seen any incorrect censorship. Where have you seen it?

How about the South Park episode 201 where they had to censor out Muhammad's name in order to not piss off the easily pissed of Muslims.

I can understand censoring some things, but people get wa too carried away with it sometimes. Other times it just confuses me why only some parts of a word get censored.

So true. Especially when watching tv with captions. Because I totally do that.

i agree w/ ZeFrenchGhost..Ive noticed that with cds im particular. They blank out one word and leave the rest. At that point why even bother with it at all!?

That's not at all like the picture, if it was like the pictures it would be the count actually saying fuck and then candles was beeped. What you posted is just censorship that makes innocent words sound dirty.

The point of censoring "hole" and not "ass" is because alone, "ass" is not a swear/curse/bad word. "God" is censored in "goddammit" because it's wrong in some religions to say "God" with any sort of malicious intent.

"Ass" isn't a bad word. "Hole" isn't a bad word. These two together make a bad word. :p

Why censor in the first place? Or why have a script that they know will be censored? It doesn't make any sence. Thank god for Swedish television, it suck big time, but at least they can say whatever they want, and do whatever they want, except wip it out, for that it must be a movie, recommended for 11years and up

Haha, I have heard incorrect censors a lot. ***damnit and assh*le are perfect examples. Holy_crepe is right. One of my games had been recalled because it had Muslim chants in it. Thank God it was fixed. I would've been so mad had I not been able to play it.
