While on the subway, some creepy dude grabs Ruka's ass and fondles her for so long that even other creeps would think it's awkward. She grabs him by the wrist, drags him outside, and cuts off his hands. Then poses.
She gets back on the subway, which is now vacant, and has a flashback of when her dad's head exploded. She realizes his head DIDN'T explode, but that somebody shot him from point blank range. She snaps out of the dream to find Mr. Ominous is sitting across from her. He has two key-shaped scars on his cheeks. He's definitely an engineer.
She looks him in the eyes and realizes this must be the man that killed her father. He then gets up and casually walks away.
